Introduction Process Model Canvas

The Process Model Canvas is a format and method to get the essence of your business processes on the table. It is the logical next step after the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and provides an answer to the question: ‘Which processes are necessary to give shape to the strategic goals and how are the processes connected within the chain?’

Process Model Canvas works through three simple steps: Why, What, and Wow! It is an elementary approach which is understandable for everyone and it avoids technical aspects so board members and managers from all disciplines can take part in the design session. This method creates a strong connection between the various disciplines that are necessary to make the process chain and processes successful.

Process Model CanvasThe workshop ‘Working with the Process Model Canvas‘ provides an introduction in the method and its application in four phases: assessment, innovation, validation, and implementation. With this approach Business Models come to life!
